When can I expect to receive my order?
LuvFit operates via a PRE-ORDER system. This enables us to offer you a much wider range of stock. Orders will be received between 14 and 21 days. We will give you an ETA at the time of purchase and keep you informed until your order has been dispatched. There may be delays if the items you order are currently in production.
Shipping is via New Zealand Couriers and the costs are as follows:
$0 - $120 = $6
$121 - $199 = $8
$200+ = FREE
Returns Policy
Our goal is to provide a safe shopping environment - if it doesn't fit, suit your figure, or didn't turn out to be what you were looking for -you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund, credit note or exchange. Please follow these steps to ensure a hassle free return...
1. Send an e-mail with your request for an exchange, credit or refund. Your request will be processed and we will reply via email within 48 hours. This ensures that you know whether or not we can accept your request and we can also advise whether we have the requested colour or sizes you require for exchange in stock.
2. Requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice/dispatch date.
3. The garment must be received by LuvFit Workout Wear in an unworn, original condition with all swing tags attached. LuvFit Workout Wear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.
4. Please include a copy of the receipt and a copy of the email correspondence regarding the request in the return parcel. Please include your full postal address and bank account details for any approved exchanges or refunds.
NB: All shipping and handling costs for returns or exchanges will be incurred by the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty, in which case LuvFit Workout Wear will reimburse the customers return shipping costs plus the full purchase price including shipping. Exchanges will incur a $6 shipping fee.

Clearance Items
LuvFit Workout Wear does not accept any returns for exchange or refund on clearance items. Please choose carefully. Clearance stock is limited, subject to availability and is only available until sold out.
